Hair Spray: fits into the Styling Aids area when used to help you style your hair, and into its own category, whose purpose is to help maintain you finished look. Most hairsprays come as a two (2) part molecule sometimes seen on the ingredients list as PVP/VA co-polymer. The first part of the molecule adheres to your hair to give you the hold you want to keep your look just the way you want it. The second part of the molecule adheres to water to assist you with the removal of the hairspray, from your hair, the next time you shampoo. Hair Sprays have additional ingredients allowing you to re-style your hair using curling irons and flat irons, should you wish to do so before re-shampooing.
